The story seems to have captured the imagination and I have already had several positive reviews.  Seems that the insertion of Findo Gask and Erroll Rait into the scene has broken new ground, and asking the question, "Who benefited from Lincoln's death?' has created a whole different perspective.  

I was pleased to read the Book Magnet review which included comments like 'I was completely riveted' and 'Impeccably researched and incredibly entertaining, The Case of the Hydegild Sacrifice is a fantastic historical fiction novel based on real life events. David Cairns of Finavon brings the period and the characters to life in this compelling, informative and fascinating novel. A very highly recommended read.'
